Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
